Sonoma Shine
The story of Sonoma Shine began in the summer of 2022, when two lifelong friends, Dominic Hall and Caelan Hasset, decided to take a leap of faith. With nothing more than a shared vision, a strong work ethic, and a couple of squeegees and a bucket purchased for fifty dollars at Home Depot, we set out to create something of our own. We did not have a marketing budget, an office, or a fleet of trucks. What we did have was determination, pride in our work, and a belief that quality service would always speak for itself. Our first day in business was spent walking door-to-door in the Oakmont Community in Santa Rosa, California, introducing ourselves to homeowners and offering to clean their windows. Within minutes, we landed our very first client. That first job not only covered our initial investment but also gave us a feeling that would fuel everything we have done since — the pride of delivering a service that genuinely made someone’s day better. That sense of accomplishment is something we still carry with us to every job.
In the early months, we worked tirelessly to build our client base. We knocked on countless doors, made cold calls, and personally met with homeowners and businesses. We knew that if we stuck to our motto, “Quality, not Quantity Cleaning,” our reputation would grow. From the very beginning, we promised ourselves that no matter how busy we became, we would never rush a job or sacrifice quality for speed. Every pane of glass, every solar panel, and every gutter we clean is treated as if it were our own. Those first few jobs turned into dozens, and dozens turned into hundreds. Over time, our service offerings grew from just window cleaning to include solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. We invested in better equipment, refined our techniques, and expanded our reach to serve not only residential neighborhoods but also commercial properties, banks, medical facilities, and real estate listings preparing to go on the market. We built relationships with property managers, local businesses, and homeowners who continue to trust us year after year.
The journey has not always been easy. We have worked in the rain, in the heat, and in the cold. We have balanced long workdays with the demands of running and growing a business. But every challenge has only strengthened our commitment to what we do and the standard we hold ourselves to. Today, Sonoma Shine stands as a licensed and insured business with a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and results that speak for themselves. We are proud to have served our community for over two years and to have grown from two friends with a bucket and a dream into a trusted name in window and solar panel cleaning.
